Our client, a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its Government Contracts practice group.
We are seeking a candidate experienced with bid protests, requests for equitable adjustment and claims, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or other investigations related to federal procurement law.
The ideal candidate would also have experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs.
