Your Role
Our loan analysts are critical to our mission of delivering seamless, fast closings to our borrowers. You will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing all borrower documentation required to submit files to underwriting. You'll serve as a key liaison between our borrowers, originations associates, and capital markets team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every deal moves swiftly toward closing.
You will be working on a high-volume of transactions across various loan products including fix and flip, bridge, and construction loans. Your speed, attention to detail, and communication will directly impact our reputation and repeat business.

Nice-to-haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in lending and real estate.
Qualifications:
- US Undergraduate Degree at a 4 year university (3.5 GPA required)
- Fluent English
