📋 Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong client relationships through B2B outreach and account management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with client opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with both clients and candidates.
• Generate referrals and expand your professional network.
• Manage multiple accounts, pipelines, and deadlines effectively.
• Follow up consistently to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

Preferred Background:

• Prefer B2B sales or customer service (staffing experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate referrals, and close deals
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
