Nationally recognized law firm with a nurturing and collaborative work environment is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Affordable Housing with at least three years of affordable housing and real estate experience.
- This individual will work on all aspects of affordable housing transactional work, including joint venture work, conventional and bond-financed loan work (borrower side), purchase and sale agreements, and general real estate work involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property.
- Substantive legal experience in some or all of the following areas is highly desirable: housing tax credits, public housing redevelopment, HUD programs, and CDBG implementation programs.
