- High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred
- We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, with the option to move into full-time.
