As a Remote Safety Solutions Sales Representative, you'll connect with businesses to provide safety products, online training, and workplace safety services tailored to their needs. Unlike many sales roles, you'll receive warm, nurtured leads in addition to conducting your own outreach, allowing you to spend more time building relationships and closing sales.
This role also presents a unique opportunity to help move a substantial inventory of in-demand PPE and workplace safety products, including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, face shields, and other essential equipment that businesses use every day.
- Follow up with warm, qualified leads provided by the company.
- Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with safety managers, operations leaders, purchasing departments, HR professionals, and business owners.
- Sell workplace safety products, PPE, online training programs, and safety services.
- Promote clearance and inventory opportunities to new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Industrial, construction, manufacturing, safety, or distribution sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organized with strong time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- $10/hour base pay
- Commission on every sale, ranging from 2% to 10%, depending on the products or services sold
