JBS Executive Detailing is the industry leader in aircraft detailing! We detail commercial and general aviation aircraft and we are looking for dedicated people who want to be a part of our team.
You will be physically cleaning, scrubbing, and detailing the interior and exterior of various types of aircraft.
We are not perfect, but we do our best to learn and grow every day and deliver the best customer experience possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Must be able to work 8 - 10 hour shifts or longer on occasion
- Be able to work overnight and evening hours and day shifts on occasion. Overnights typically start at 4-6 PM and go until 3-4 AM the next morning.
- In order to get full time hours 32 hours plus per week, you will have to be able to work overnight shifts and be flexible.
- The work week will be a 4 or 5 day schedule with 2-3 days off.
- Jobs will occur primarily at IWA Mesa Gateway airport, but will also happen at other major airports within the Phoenix Metro area, such as Scottsdale, Goodyear, and Deer Valley.
- Work effectively in demanding physical conditions. Outside during the summer heat and winter cold.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules within your set working days.
- Have reliable transpiration to and from the airport and surrounding airports in your local region.
- Be able to communicate with peers and clients in a profession and clear manner.
- Have integrity, dedication, and teamwork!
- Work on a job until the entire task is completed.
- Update service tickets and service sheets for jobs completed immediately upon job completion.

HARD SKILLS
- You must have reliable transportation to and from the airport and to get to jobs.
- Must possess a valid US driver's license with valid current insurance and a clean driving record.
- Be able to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions. It can get very cold in winter and very hot in the summer months.
- Be drug free. Due to safety requirements, we are a 100% drug free workplace.
- Maintain a squeaky clean background and driving record.
- Be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to communicate, read, and write the English language proficiently.
- Be able to quickly and safely work around an airport environment.
- Have an eye for detail and ensure quality is high.
- Be able to work overnight shifts and weekends.
