What You'll Be Doing: As an Aircraft Detailer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional service that ensures every aircraft is polished to perfection. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working Shifts: Be prepared for 8-10 hour shifts or longer. Flexibility is important, especially with overnight and evening hours.
• Adaptability: You’ll be expected to adjust to changing schedules as needed within your assigned workdays.
• Weather Warrior: You'll work in all types of weather conditions—rain, snow, heat, or cold—while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Team Collaboration: Report directly to your managers and communicate effectively with your team and clients.
• On-the-Go: Travel to various airports within your region, including driving to distant locations, and perform detailing services at all sites.
• Job Completion: Work diligently until the task is finished to the highest standards, ensuring client satisfaction every time.
• Documentation: Update service tickets and job completion sheets as you go.

Hard Skills & Requirements:To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to and from the airport.
• Driver’s License: A valid U.S. driver’s license with current insurance and a clean driving record is essential.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at heights.
• Safety First: Strict adherence to drug and alcohol policies is required at all times.
• Background Check: A clean background and driving record are a must.
• Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and varying hours.
• Team Player: Must possess integrity, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to teamwork.

Pay: From $18.85 per hour
