What a Day in Your Life Looks Like: 

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate various powered vehicles on and off-road to move chassis between locations. 

• Customer Vehicle Handling: Deliver and pick up customer vehicles efficiently. 

• Accurate Record-Keeping: Document product and material movements accurately. 

• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading vendor trucks as needed. 

• Safety Compliance & Training: Follow all company safety regulations and support training and awareness of safety practices for new team members. 

• Unit Weighing: Accurately weigh completed units to ensure compliance with standards. 
  
  

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Education:  High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Maintain a Clean & Safe Workplace: Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe work environment at all times. 

• Valid Driver’s License: Hold a current valid state issued license and maintain an excellent driving record. 

• Flexible Availability: Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as production demands. 

• Shift Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts when required. 

• Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in group settings. 

• Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in and support Poindexter Production System (PPS), 5S, Lean, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives. 

Physical Requirements:

• In this active role, you’ll regularly use your fingers, hands, and arms to carefully handle, feel, and manipulate materials. You’ll spend much of your time standing and walking, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Clear and sharp hearing-including two-way radio communication-is essential to stay connected and respond quickly. You may need to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Your vision skills are critical-requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to quickly adjust focus-to perform safely and accurately every day.
