SUMMARY
The function of the General Production Laborer is to engage in handling materials, loading and unloading materials, cleaning and using hand tools; performing miscellaneous heavy work involving frequent use of muscular strength.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists regular production by performing specific or general duties; cleaning and using hand tools
- Keeps worker supplied with materials, tools, and supplies
- Loading and unloading materials
- Perform other assignments as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime and varied shift assignments as required
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:
- Ability to work in hot or cold manufacturing floor environments.
