We are looking for a Junior Operations Engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and using AI to build practical solutions.
This role combines operations, software engineering, data analysis, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and build tools that make systems and teams more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity
- Develop scripts, tools, and automations to support operations
- Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes
- Continuously identify opportunities to make systems and workflows more reliable and efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic programming experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, logs, and technical systems
- Interest in AI, automation, and software development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Preferred
- Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Interest in connected devices, software platforms, or technology operations
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not required
