Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:  Establish a partnership with each member of the Sales Team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals. Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales TeamDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceive sales inquiries incoming through telephone, website or email and redirect appropriatelyAbility to maintain a healthy relationship with existing and new customersSupport in the handling of sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreementsCoordinate travel and customer visit schedule for Sales teamSupporting and guiding the sales team in attaining sales targetsMaintain current travel/visit schedules for all direct sales personnelCommunicating with and within the sales team to gather information useful for the management in research and planningMaintaining and updating the database regularly. Responsible for order processing through order entry and acknowledgment in ERP system (GP)Manage "campaigns" in SalesForce.comAssist Sales team in ensuring that entire sales force has access to the latest sales/marketing collateralWorking closely with and within the departments and helping in coordination for sound functioning of the organizationMaintaining a peaceful and efficient work environmentSupport Sales in event coordinationManage entry, qualification and achievement of various industry awardsAssist with Receptionist duties as necessary and as part of the backup rotation teamRespond to requests for expedited order shipments, scheduled order ship dates and order shipment information.Assist with other duties as assignedCompany DescriptionWe are a full-line heat transfer production facility with a stable 50 year reputation in the marketplace.
