Woodmark Homes is growing, and we’re looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who loves details, communicates clearly, and appreciates a workplace where people take their work seriously — but not themselves. We’re a highly organized, well‐run residential remodeling company with a laid‐back culture and a healthy respect for evenings, weekends, and sanity. This full time position is a hybrid-role, mostly work from home with on site meetings.

What You’ll Do
- Create and manage purchase orders for remodeling projects
- Order cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, and all the fun stuff that makes a house look good
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to confirm selections and lead times
- Track orders and deliveries so schedules stay on track
- Communicate with suppliers about pricing, availability, and shipping updates
- Resolve the occasional “that’s not what we ordered” moment with professionalism and grace
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist with cost tracking
- Support field staff by coordinating job site deliveries
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in purchasing, construction coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in kitchen and bath cabinet design is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a love for details
- Excellent communication and follow‐up habits
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or construction software
- Bonus points for cabinet design experience or knowledge of residential remodeling
