Project Lead - Residential Construction

Woodmark Homes, LLC is looking for a motivated individual to fill an entry level Project lead/Project closer. As a Bags on Project Lead, you will be responsible for the construction of small remodels, additions, and whole house remodel projects.  You will work with a project manager to oversee and lead/work with the on-site crew, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure the work meets specifications, and conduct quality inspections.   If you are passionate about the construction industry and eager to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling:  Strong knowledge and understanding of general remodel carpentry and techniques with a willingness to work in all phases of a remodel, from demo to finish phase. Work with the project manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site Ability to manage multiple projects Able to complete a task from start to finish relatively independently  Experience reading blueprints and scope of work Ability to estimate and order materials and assess needs for labor help. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must have personal tools (cordless drills/saws, nail bags, hand tools, etc.) Basic computer skills Ability to carry heavy materials, and safely use ladders Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude Must be able to pass a background check Drug and alcohol-free work environment Benefits: Paid Time off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days) Health/Vision/Dental insurance Other Perks – Tool reimbursement program, Employer match retirement plan (after one year), mileage reimbursement Hours/Days:  Full time 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, weekends off, flexible scheduling.  We are a small team and value a good work life balance Fun supportive, safe work environment Jobsite locations:  Greater Seattle area, some Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond)  Equal Opportunity Employer  Principals only. Recruiters please don't contact this job poster. Do NOT contact us with unsolicited services or offers. JBCSWMHPL01
