Role Description

This is a strong opportunity to get in early on a business with significant growth potential to become a key player in the growth of the business. This is a part-time, hybrid role located near Elkton, MD, for an Assistant Automotive Detailer. The Assistant Auto Detailer will be responsible for tasks such as finding and reporting leads, scheduling appointments and detailing customers vehicles. This position is a sales position and operations roles. You would be responsible for gaining customers as well as having the opportunity to work those jobs for more compensation. The role includes maintaining detailing equipment, organizing supplies, and delivering high-quality service to every client. This role will require you to go to customers houses and detail in their personal driveways. This role will require lots of communication and hands on work with the owner and will have a handful of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Auto Detailing and Exterior maintenance
• Familiarity with Car Wash techniques and procedures
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Marketing and Sales skills
• Teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning is a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality service

Pay/Compensation

• Pay can range anywhere from $15-$50/hour depending on the job and appointment type.
• Pay will be commission and work based.
• You would earn a commission on the customers you make appointments for.
• You would earn a contracted amount per appointment worked plus keep all tips earned.
• The better work ethic you have, the more money you can make. Your pay is up to you.

Hours

• Hours can range from 2-10 hours a week while other parts of your job will be dependent on yourself and how much effort you want to put in.
• If you put in no effort, you will not get any hours.
• If you find set up a lot of appointments and perform those jobs, you will get a lot of hours and take home more money.
• Hours will mostly be on a weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must have their own form of transportation.
• Must have prior work experience detailing vehicles.
• Must live near Elkton, MD or Newark, DE.
• Must have a strong marketing and sales background/lead generating.
