What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Repair Technician position at JB Appliance Solutions LLC?
JB Appliance Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced appliance repair technician. Competitive pay structure. The ideal candidate must have the necessary skills to systematically diagnose and repair all different types and brands of appliances. Part changers need not apply. Experience with sealed systems is a major plus.
The candidate must have:
- 2 years’ experience doing Major Home Appliances Repair (HVAC is a plus)
- Ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Able to receive packages daily from multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS, etc.
- Able to obtain a basic set of tools for appliance repair, specialty tools will be provided.
- Good Verbal Communication.
- Live within 20 miles of Nashville, NC or Raleigh, NC
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to utilize our customer management software, staff messaging software, manufacturer websites and apps, able to be comfortable contacting manufacturer tech support.
- Ability to work autonomously most of the time
- Willing to join a dynamic and growing team!
- Sealed system experience a plus, must have a desire to learn.
