- Perform both MRI and CT scans as per the physician's instructions.
- Communicate with patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort and safety, besides obtaining necessary medical history and explaining the procedure.
- Collaborate with radiologists to determine the appropriate scan sequences and ensure the delivery of accurate diagnostic information.
- Regularly inspect and perform routine tests on imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation, adhering strictly to safety standards to guarantee patient safety.
- Produce high-quality computerized images for diagnostic interpretation and accurately record patient data on the computer system.
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations at all times, and maintain the cleanliness and sterilization of imaging rooms and equipment.
- Minimum of an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, from an accredited institution.
- Licenses and certifications: Valid MRI & CT technologist license, ARRT Registration, BLS Certification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an MRI & CT technologist, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MRI & CT imaging principles, safety standards, and equipment functionality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond appropriately to urgent situations.
