What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish), Part Time position at Jaytronixx?
We're a walk-in phone repair and device store looking for a friendly front counter associate. You'll be the first person customers see and hear, in person and on the phone.
What you'll do:
- Greet walk-in customers, check in repairs, and give quotes
- Answer phone calls and texts in English and Spanish
- Sell phones, accessories and repairs at the counter
- Handle pickups, payments and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking required)
- Excellent customer service, patient and calm even on busy days
Preferred:
- Retail experience
- Phone store or cell phone repair shop experience
Pay and perks:
- $14-16/hr based on experience, plus commission on sales
- About 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
- 1 week paid vacation per year
