Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide remodeling projects.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and roofing.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform various carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing.
• Execute specialized work such as stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry, plastering, and concrete forming.
• Manage construction site activities including material fabrication, restoration work, hardscape installation, glass installation, and masonry repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment using proper safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling projects across residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to remodeling tasks.
• Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating costs and managing timelines.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other specialized trades is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform construction inspection duties ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus.

Pay: $25.98 - $31.29 per hour
