Hi, we're JAYNE...a fashion-forward women's clothing/footwear/accessory boutique with 6 (soon to be 7!) locations across Chicagoland. We're currently hiring for a full-time Management Positions.
We are looking for candidates that will provide amazing customer service, motivate and manage staff effectively, have an eye for merchandising, and love working for a local business!
We will provide training on all of our systems & procedures.

Responsibilities
- Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Multi-store merchandise distributions
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Additional managerial duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability on most weekends required
