Responsibilities

• Support the individual with communication needs
• Implement behavior management strategies tailored to the individual's needs, promoting positive behaviors and emotional stability.
• Collect data on daily routines, health status, and progress to inform care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Someone who can do house cleaning from time to time.

Skills

• Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with family members or other caregivers.
• Experience in home & community care environments supporting patients with cognitive disabilities.
• Capable of assisting with ADLs and supporting clients in maintaining independence while ensuring safety.
• Familiarity with data collection methods related to health monitoring and progress tracking.
