Job Summary
The Independent Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment at the assigned site. This role is performed on a contractor basis.
- Perform cleaning services at the site daily Monday through Friday for three hours per day from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
- Duties include: trash removal, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and other standard custodial tasks as agreed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure all work is performed to the agreed-upon standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Report any site issues (e.g., damages, maintenance concerns, security risks) promptly to the Site Account Manager.
Compensation: $15.00 hour
This role is an allotted shift of three hours a day, great for someone whose adding a part time position to their portfolio.
