Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Process Equipment Mechanic to join our team on-site in Randolph, NJ. The role involves performing Assembly, electrical integration, troubleshooting and repair of Industrial mixing/ process equipment. You will be responsible for Assemlby of mixing equipment components, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of machinery. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively to meet equipment performance standards and support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Assembly, Maintenance practices to ensure equipment longevity and performance
- Expertise in Assembly, troubleshootin & Repair and Heavy Equipment, with the ability to work on a variety of machinery
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
- Previous experience with process equipment is a plus
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in mechanics are preferred
