Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a daytime shift on a comprehensive behavioral health unit. This RN role provides the opportunity to care for patients in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment that values collaboration, growth, and holistic treatment. You will be responsible for direct patient care, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring safe and effective outcomes.

Schedule Details:
- Shift: 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
- Schedule: Every other weekend and 4 of 6 holidays
- On-Call: Not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based standards
- Collaborate with physicians, support services, and peer nurses
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other caregivers
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and ongoing training
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Current or ability to obtain AHA BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in progress or willing to pursue within 3 years (applies to those hired after Nov. 2019)
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant nursing experience OR enrolled in a nurse residency program
