RV Production - Fiberglass Repair 

Purpose:  Production employees use a variety of hand tools to assemble recreational vehicles. RV production employees are compensated by a base rate, plus a piece rate bonus. This position is critical to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products on the production line.
• Inspect products for quality assurance.
• Follow all factory safety guidelines and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Varying requirements based on the specific position.
• Previous RV production experience is a plus.
• Regular attendance is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift anywhere from 25 – 50lb's depending on the position, must be able to work in a repetitious and fast-paced environment, and must be willing to adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards. 
• Jayco prefers construction or previous RV experience, but it is not required. We will train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and can adhere to quality standards while working safely.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• This position may require working in shifts.
• The role may involve lifting heavy objects and working with machinery.
• Training will be provided for specific tasks and safety procedures.

• Comply with all company safety policies, practices and procedures. 
• This position is a full-time position
• Regular attendance is a job requirement.
• Remote work: not available. 
• Supervisory responsibilities: none.
