Paint Repair Tech Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Paint Repair Tech that has worked in a high quality environment to join our team. This role involves experience in body repair and spray equipment. Experience in Residential or RV’s is preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in fast paced, piece rate compensation structure and high-quality working environment. We are looking for highly motivated, team oriented individuals who want to be a part of building an amazing product for an amazing company.
Paint Repair Tech Duties and Responsibilities:
- Surface prepping, repairing and painting exterior of the unit.
- Restore structural integrity of the unit and unit’s overall appearance.
Paint Repair Tech Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of body repair and spray equipment experience in a high quality environment. RV or Residential experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
