Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and daily operations of the Jay’s Power Center Campus in Reedsburg, WI. This role oversees sales, service, parts, and operations to ensure exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and an engaged team. The General Manager works closely with company leadership to achieve business goals while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Power Center and Ag & Turf locations.
- Oversee the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
- Oversee strategic marketing plans and strategies to drive consumer demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and coach department managers and employees to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and promote long-term customer relationships.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and industry regulations.
- Work with executive leadership to implement business strategies and achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and community partners.
- Promote a safe, positive, and accountable work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of leadership experience in dealership, agricultural equipment, powersports, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, F&I, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes.
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and other industry software.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Tuesday-Friday, 8:30AM-6:00PM
- Saturday, 8:30AM-6:00PM, Saturday's Required
- Closed on Sunday and Monday
Compensation
Base salary commensurate with experience, with a generous monthly bonus structure.
