Powersports Porter

Overview

The Porter is responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering powersports vehicles to and from Service Technicians and customers.

Essential Functions

• Transport on and off-road vehicles to technicians as needed.
• Help customers load and unload vehicles and parts as requested.
• Effectively manage all parked vehicles.
• Treat customers with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
• Ensure a clean and safe working area.
• Operate safely all equipment sold by the dealership and follow all safety rules in performing work assignments.
• Keep the parking lot and outdoor facilities clean and organized.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Class D driver's license.
• Experience with operating of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to physically maneuver motorcycles, powersports vehicles, and agricultural equipment.
• Ability to perform duties in an environment with chemicals, cleaning, and fuel fumes.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Superior customer service skills.
• A valid WI driver’s license is required.
• Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
