companionship relationship. 1:1 Care: From training to working, you will
be able to dedicate your time to just one person at a time. Our clients
are wonderful and appreciate our help! About the Role: As an On Call
Caregiver at Jay\'s Legacy, you\'ll provide non-medical, in-home care to
elderly clients, helping to fulfill our mission of Putting Life Back
into Living. Availability: Be available on short notice for last-minute
or emergency shifts for the entire duration of the On Call shift
Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with clients
Enhancing Quality of Life: Your care will bring joy and encouragement,
helping clients feel valued and involved Provide companionship and
emotional support Assist with ADL\'s (activities of daily living)
including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with meal
preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders Assist clients
with range of motion therapies (may be physically intense at times)
Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal
hygiene assistance. Prepare and maintain records of client progress and
services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or
supervisor. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning,
washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Transport clients to
locations outside the home, such as to physicians\' offices or on
outings, using a motor vehicle. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior caregiving experience (1 Year preferred)
Experience with sit to stand and lifts preferred Must be able to lift up
to 30 pounds Must be able to pass a caregiver background check Have a
valid Wisconsin Driver License with no major driving infractions
