What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Production Assistant position at Jay's Catering?
For over 50 years, the Jay's family of brands has been creating unforgettable dining experiences throughout Orange County. From Jay's Catering in Garden Grove and our two Ellie's Table cafés in San Juan Capistrano and Irvine, to our award winning venues across Orange County, we've built a reputation for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

You'll gain hands-on experience producing a wide variety of desserts like our French Dessert Collection, Italian Dessert Collection, Latin Dessert Collection, and custom desserts designed specifically for our clients events.
Whether you're looking to sharpen your pastry techniques or learn the ins and outs of large-scale, high-end dessert production, you'll be working alongside an experienced team that loves sharing knowledge, encouraging creativity, and taking pride in every dessert that leaves the kitchen.
Every shift includes a complimentary hot lunch because we believe great food should be enjoyed by the people who make it.
