Job Description: As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse processes. Your role will involve coordinating staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires daily contact with customers and the general public. Therefore, applicants must possess a pleasant, helpful, customer-focused personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Maintaining and managing warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in training and developing warehouse staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
