JAY Logistics LLC is actively seeking reliable Independent Contractor Owner-Operators with full-size cargo vans to join our expanding Walmart package delivery team in Landover Hills, MD and surrounding areas. Other Service Locations:

• Landover, MD
• Hagerstown, MD
• Dunkirk, MD

GUARANTEED $210 PER ROUTE DAY

• $210 guaranteed per route day
• Walmart package delivery
• Routes available 7 days a week
• Opportunity to earn up to $1,470/week when working 7 days
• Consistent daily route opportunities
• Independent Contractor / 1099 position
• No previous delivery experience required

Position Overview

As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will use your own full-size cargo van to pick up and deliver Walmart packages throughout Landover and surrounding service areas.

You will be responsible for safely transporting packages, completing deliveries on time, following assigned routes, and providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver Walmart packages
• Safely operate your full-size cargo van
• Load, transport, and deliver packages accurately and efficiently
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions
• Use a smartphone and delivery application for navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations through WhatsApp
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Handle customer packages with care
• Complete assigned deliveries according to company standards

Schedule

Loading Time: 1:40 PM dailyRoute

Availability: Monday-Sunday

Available: 7 days a week

Drivers can increase their weekly earnings by accepting additional available route days.

Requirements

• Must own a reliable full-size cargo or Sprinter van
• Vehicle must pass a required inspection before starting
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Current vehicle insurance
• Smartphone capable of running delivery applications and GPS navigation
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Professional communication skills
• Previous delivery or route-driving experience is preferred but not required
