JAY Logistics LLC is seeking reliable and professional Independent Contract Delivery Drivers to support last-mile delivery operations throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Prince George’s County, and surrounding areas.
This is a high-volume, route-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and capable of working independently.

- $1.60 per package
- Average 70–100 packages per day
- Earnings are performance-based and dependent on daily volume and efficiency

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver 70–100 packages per day
- Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions
- Maintain professional conduct with customers
- Accurately scan and complete all assigned deliveries
- Return undelivered packages in accordance with company policy

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance policy
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, van, or similar recommended)
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move packages throughout the day
- Professional and dependable work ethic
