Will be responsible for coordinating and providing all aspects of customer service to distributors and the Sales team.
** This is a hybrid role. M & F remote optional, Tues - Thursday onsite. **

Job Summary
Will be responsible for coordinating and providing all aspects of customer service to distributors and the Sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Act as main point of contact for assigned group of wholesale distributors and special handling accounts including Control State Bailment
- Work closely with Division and Regional Sales Managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues or concerns
- Respond to phone calls and email inquiries from the Sales team and distributors
- Interact with other departments to obtain necessary information for sales requests
- Manage product Holds and Allocations
- Performs New Item Set Up via Distributor Portal
- Other job duties as assigned to generate sales
- Accurately enter distributor purchase orders into ERP (Business Central)
- Verify distributor credit limit, aging and compliance
- Confirm orders and notify distributor of any product, vintage or pricing discrepancies, revise orders as needed
- Check inventory levels, products holds and allocations, inform Manager of large orders or product shortages
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and carriers to ensure prompt pickup of orders
- Coordinate financial aspects and process transfers between distributors
- Previous wine experience preferred
- BC/NAV or ERP related systems experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office with solid Excel skills
- Problem solving, analytical skills and capability to manage priorities and workflow in a timely fashion.
- 3-5 years related experience
