Jay Jarvis – State Farm in Germantown is looking for a bilingual Life Insurance Sales Agent to help Spanish-speaking families in Montgomery County understand their options and protect their futures. Many of our clients prefer to talk about financial decisions in Spanish, and you'll be the person they trust to explain coverage in their language.
What you'll do
- Guide Spanish- and English-speaking clients through life insurance options in whichever language they prefer
- Quote and present life insurance policies and close sales
- Build relationships in the local Hispanic community through referrals, events, and networking
- Follow up with existing Spanish-speaking customers to review their coverage
- Translate policy details and paperwork into clear, simple explanations
What you'll earn
- $40,000 base salary
- Bonus and commission with total earning potential of $80,000

What you need
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written (required)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Property & Casualty license, or willingness to earn it after hire
- Sales or customer service experience with Spanish-speaking customers preferred
- A warm, trustworthy communication style
