Now Hiring: Senior Human Resources Generalist (On‑Site | Mountville, PA)
We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted HR partner for our Mountville, PA facility, supporting a fast‑paced warehouse and fulfillment operation. This hands‑on role manages the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders on employee relations, compliance, engagement, safety, and workforce planning.
What You’ll Do • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, leave administration, and offboarding
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions in alignment with company policy and employment law
• Coach leaders on documentation, conflict resolution, and effective people management
• Administer FMLA, Short‑Term Disability, and Workers’ Compensation programs
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent policy application and regulatory compliance
• Support workforce planning through partnership with temporary staffing agencies
• Participate in Safety Committee initiatives and lead Employee Engagement activities
• Partner with Corporate HR on audits, process improvements, and company‑wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare reports related to turnover, attendance, and engagement
What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Proven experience handling employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
• Experience administering FMLA, STD, and Workers’ Compensation
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Spanish language proficiency required
