Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
- Helping managing and ordering inventory
Required Skills
- Previous UPS store experience is required
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling and retail math
- Skilled in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and purchasing procedures
- Ability to supervise shift management, scheduling, and budgeting processes
- Education qualification - High school diploma
- Must be able to become Notary public within 60 days
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
