BMW of Akron is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Porter to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around premium vehicles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service customers upon arrival.
- Move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the service drive and dealership grounds.
- Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation needs.
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
- Shuttle customers as needed.
- Perform general lot maintenance and support daily dealership operations.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
