We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and helping to create memorable moments through exceptional service. This is a tipped position.
Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream and fountain dishes with precision and care.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and cleaning equipment as needed.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about flavors and toppings.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Restock supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus.
