Jax Transport is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Amarillo, TX.

This is not a typical 8-to-5 recruiting position. We are looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and willing to do whatever it takes to find and hire top talent. The right candidate will have a sales mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be motivated by growth opportunities and earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers and support personnel
• Generate leads through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct candidate screenings
• Manage applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
• Build relationships with prospective candidates
• Meet hiring goals and performance expectations
• Assist with marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, bilingual preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with candidates
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

$50,000-75,0000 full compensation package - salary plus commission
