Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Tour Guide located in Jacksonville, FL. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided tours, providing comprehensive information about the history, culture, and landmarks of Jacksonville. This role involves engaging and interacting with guests, ensuring a memorable experience. The Tour Guide will also assist with customer service and promote additional tours and products.
Required Qualifications:
- Dynamic Personality
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and last minute requests
- Must be 21
- Have Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Guided Tours/Public speaking and History knowledge
- Sales skills and ability to promote tours and products
- Knowledge of Jacksonville and its landmarks is a plus
- Social Media presence
