Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee the operations of multiple car wash locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational efficiency.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.

· Lead, train, and support site managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

· Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and overall profitability, and provide actionable insights.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards across all locations.

· Conduct routine site visits to evaluate operations, address challenges, and implement best practices.

· Support marketing initiatives, including Unlimited Wash Club membership sales and local promotions.

· Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.

· Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and customer experience.

· Act as a liaison between site leadership and senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit management, retail operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of driving performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational reporting tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive business growth.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

· Ability to stand, walk, and oversee multiple sites throughout the shift

· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally

· Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements
