We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to join our team. Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
  • Assist clients with account management, data entry, and updating customer records accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Manage cash handling transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services to existing customers and potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and improve overall client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, including outbound calling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for service enhancement.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry with high accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $44,662.29 - $53,786.84 per year
