Javitch Block LLC is hiring full-time Client Relations Specialists who will work in a deadline-driven work environment providing clients with status reports on collections-related accounts. This is an on-site office position with regular business hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Handling file-level communications with consumer/commercial client representatives
- Preparing and submitting documents and reports to our clients.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle high work volume and deadlines efficiently
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters and documents with discretion
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and pdf documents
Education
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
