Hours: 8-5 (Typical 40 hours)

Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers Provide Standard and Local Software Support Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology.
- Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription Cisco VOIP support experience for phones Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
