Java House Area Manager – Indiana Market
As Java House continues to grow across Indiana, we are adding an Area Manager to support multiple café locations. This leadership role will oversee multiple cafe locations within the region, with final terriotry assignments determined based on business needs.

What You’ll Lead
Oversee the performance of multiple cafés within your assigned area- Coach and support Café Managers to drive operational excellence
- Ensure cafés meet company standards for service, staffing, and execution
- Monitor key business metrics and financial performance
- Support hiring, development, and retention of café leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Build strong relationships with teams and the local community

Consistent operational performance across locations- Strong leadership pipelines and engaged teams
- Clear communication and timely execution of company priorities
- Positive customer experience and business results
What You Bring
3 years in multi-unit or equivalent leadership- Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Ability to manage independently and prioritize high-volume work
- Experience analyzing operational or financial performance
Education:
A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Location:
Supports cafés within the Indiana market. Territory may include Greater Indianapolis, Greater Lafayette, or nearby areas as operations expand. Some travel between locations required.
