Position Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Experience with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and treatment approaches
- Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements
- Ability to deliver and receive clear, compassionate feedback
- Growth mindset and leadership potential
- Serve a caseload of clients in our Avondale clinic, providing ABA therapy services
- Collaborate with the center director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to clients, including parent training and consultation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
