Property Care Specialist – Park City, UT - Full-Time or Part-Time

Jaunt Vacation Rentals manages luxury homes across Park City’s best ski-in/out neighborhoods. We’re seeking a hands-on Property Care Specialist to help us maintain our portfolio of exquisite homes with five-star precision.

You’ll handle general maintenance, light repairs, and guest-ready checks—everything from unclogging drains and swapping fixtures to troubleshooting small issues before they become big ones. If you take pride in doing the job right the first time and enjoy working independently, this role is for you.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in general home maintenance or handyman work (3 years ideal)
• Light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fireplace, and carpentry repairs
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying tools, ladders, and equipment
• Own tools for day-to-day work
• Based in or near Park City (on-call availability required)
• Friendly, dependable, and attentive to detail
