A Day in the Life as a General Manager
Forget the typical fast-food routine! As our General Manager, you'll:

Open or close the restaurant "the Olé way" with energy and pride.

Interact with customers and team members, making every day different and engaging.

Lead, schedule, and inspire a team of food lovers in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

Work 40-50 hours per week with flexible scheduling-shifts range from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm, so you can balance work with life.

Jump into food prep, customer service, and team coaching, ensuring top-notch quality and safety.

Get hands-on with hiring, training, budgeting, inventory, and financial reporting.
What You'll Do

Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Direct, coordinate, and participate in food preparation and service.

Interview, hire, train, and coordinate team activities.

Plan schedules, manage budgets, and maintain inventory control.
