What Your Day Actually Looks Like
Forget the droned-out fast-food routine. As our Bilingual Assistant Manager, you'll be right in the action - opening or closing the store the Olé way, connecting with customers and team members in both Spanish and English, and helping our General Manager lead a team of around 25 - 30 enthusiastic team members (including Shift Managers and crew).
You'll be moving, thinking on your feet, and making real decisions. From assisting with scheduling your customer service team to ensuring everyone delivers that quality food experience our customers crave, you're essential to our success. Your bilingual skills will help bridge communication gaps, create an inclusive environment, and ensure every team member can succeed regardless of their primary language.
You'll coordinate activities, participate in food prep and assembly, and create the kind of environment where your team wants to show up and crush it every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As an Assistant Manager supporting our General Manager, you'll:
- Help maintain overall management responsibilities to keep the restaurant profitable, efficient, and running smoothly
- Direct, coordinate, and jump into food preparation, order assembly, and customer transactions
- Interview, hire, and train new team members while coordinating daily activities - in both English and Spanish as needed
- Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
- Lead by example and actively manage your team to meet budgets and build sales
- Provide translation and communication support to ensure all team members understand expectations, training, and procedures
The Schedule
This Assistant Manager position offers 35-40 hours per week with shifts including 6:30am-2:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, and 2:00pm-10:30pm. We get it - life happens. Whether you have church, sports, school activities, or other commitments, we work with you to create a schedule that ensures your success without sacrificing work-life balance.

What We Need From You
Required: Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role. Bring your quick thinking, desire to sharpen your budgeting and financial skills, ability to work independently, and passion for developing people.
